You will have to declare on the Adum your thesis defence 10 weeks before.

Oral defence scheduled Authorization given by the reviewers by
Between 19th august and 6th september 2024 July 5th
Between  8th et le 20th september 2024 July 12th
After 22nd  september 2024  4 weeks before the defence
