Registrations in  4th year students are accepted :

• if you are an employee (you are doing your thesis as part of your work and you are on a permanent contract or holding your position).
• if you started your thesis in the spring and your contract is still running.
• if you've been granted an extension following the pandemic.

In any case, we remind you that you must have funding until the date of your defense.


Enrolment in 4th year or more is conditioned by :

• a new individual monitoring committee report (see tab thesis monitoring committee for details), to upload in your private space ADUM
• your thesis follow-up report, to be updated in your private space ADUM . You do not need to send it to the ED.

This must be done before october 31st.

Updating the data in your ADUM account is important and should be done carefully.
The CSI report must be well filled in and signed by all parties before being deposited in your ADUM account
Any modification, addition or deletion concerning your supervision must be motivated by your thesis director.

Please, note that you won't have any enrolment certificate without registration. That is why it is better to register as soon as you can.
Registration will be open in July, September, October.

Please note that you have the possibility to pay your registration fee in 3 installments.
NB: If you defend your thesis before  December 31st 2024 you do not need to register.
