Registration in 2nd and 3rd year

Registration in the 2nd and 3rd year of thesis is conditioned by :

  • The report of your Individual Monitoring Committee (comité de suivi individuel, see tab CSI for details).
  • Your 2nd or 3rd year thesis follow-up report, (rapport de suivi de thèse, RST) to be updated in your private space ADUM  click here.


Before october 30th, 2023,  you must go to your ADUM account to :

  • Upload the minutes of your Individual Monitoring Committee, signed by all the parties.
  • Update the thesis follow up report in your ADUM account. It is not necessary to send it to the ED.
 You will then receive a message from the tuition department telling you how to register to the university.

The thesis follow-up report ( In french : Rapport de suivi de thèse or RST) is an important document that must be completed with care. 
The CSI report must be well filled in and signed by all parties before being deposited in your ADUM account.
Any modification, addition or deletion concerning your supervision will have to be motivated by your thesis director.

Please, note that you won't have any enrolment certificate without registration. That is why it is better to register as soon as you can.
Registration will be open in July, September, October.

Please note that you have the possibility to pay your registration fee in 3 installments. To do so, you must have submitted your CSI minutes on the adum by September at the latest.
